I created Be Yourself Marketing to serve those who are designing the life they have always dreamed of while running their own business. Freelancers, small business owners, and entrepreneurs need marketing to thrive, but they don’t need to sacrifice all of their time or resources to make it happen.
There are too many people with abandoned dreams and unrealized joy.
People like my father, who forfeited a creative passion and tried to substitute it with something “safe.”
Be Yourself Marketing is about helping you, the artist, the creator, pursue your passion professionally.
Because my father was an amazing musician with an unrealized dream who spent the last few months of his life burdened with regret.
He was like the Eddie Van Halen of accordions, down to tinkering with — and making — his own gear for the sound he wanted. He was self-taught and never learned to read music. He’d listen, repeat, and then make it his own.
But unlike Eddie, my father’s passion remained a hobby.
He is one of many in my family who sacrificed a creative profession for a consistent paycheck.

Inventors.
They all achieved financial success, but not doing what they love. They settled into blue-collar careers that didn’t feed their soul.
